πŸ•ŠοΈ Formal Submission to the International Criminal Court – The Hague πŸ‡³πŸ‡±

As part of my pursuit of global legal justice and protection, a formal communication and request for investigation has been submitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC), The Hague, under Article 15 of the Rome Statute, concerning the following alleged crimes:

  • Systematic financial persecution and targeting of a lawful MSME exporter in India;
  • Judicial manipulation and fraud upon courts, causing obstruction of remedies;
  • Forged proceedings and coercion of an 82-year-old mother to fabricate property takeover;
  • Trade sabotage impacting foreign nationals, particularly buyers in the United States and European Union;
  • Abuse of power by a private financial network, including ICICI Bank officials, a Chartered Accountant syndicate, and complicit legal actors, resulting in prolonged denial of justice, reputational defamation, and threats to life and liberty.

The communication requests the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) at the ICC to:

  1. Initiate a preliminary examination of the case under Article 53 of the Rome Statute;
  2. Recognize this situation as cross-border economic persecution and human rights abuse;
  3. Recommend protective directions or provisional reliefs under Article 41 to prevent further retaliation, isolation, or obstruction;
  4. Coordinate with other UN bodies, such as the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and UN Special Rapporteurs on Judicial Independence and Human Rights Defenders, to initiate international attention and protection mechanisms.

This formal ICC submission is accompanied by:

  • Documented evidence of forged judicial filings (DRT Case SA-339/2021),
  • Financial sabotage affecting U.S. and EU-based buyers,
  • Audio/visual recordings proving coercion and isolation of the elderly parent,
  • Affidavits, export records, and international buyer testimonies.
