Overview of Allegations:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I submit this communication under <strong>Article 15 of the Rome Statute<\/strong>, requesting the <strong>Office of the Prosecutor (OTP)<\/strong> to open a <strong>Preliminary Examination<\/strong> into crimes under the ICC\u2019s jurisdiction, arising from a <strong>systematic and deliberate campaign of financial persecution, property hijack, judicial manipulation, and trade sabotage<\/strong>, orchestrated against me and affecting foreign nationals (buyers) in the <strong>United States and European Union<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These acts have been executed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ICICI Bank Ltd. (India)<\/strong> \u2014 a private financial institution operating with international banking ties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>private Chartered Accountant syndicate<\/strong>, historically known for manipulating collateral property records;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>fraudulent legal actor<\/strong>, Advocate Sharad Joshi, involved in fabricated judicial filings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two private co-conspirators (Rahul Chaudhary and Praveen Chaudhary), who, with coercive support, used elder abuse and forgery to misrepresent loan closures and property ownership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Nature of the Crimes Alleged:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I request classification of the following actions under the <strong>Rome Statute (Articles 7 and 8)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a) <strong>Persecution (Article 7(1)(h))<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Targeted deprivation of fundamental rights due to economic status, MSME identity, and lawful resistance to banking fraud, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arbitrary seizure of property through forged legal processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obstruction of legal remedies via fabricated co-borrower insertion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reputation destruction and coercion of elderly family members (mother aged 82);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economic sabotage intended to isolate and destroy the complainant\u2019s international trade operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b) <strong>Other Inhumane Acts (Article 7(1)(k))<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Psychological torture and life-threatening pressure to vacate ancestral home;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical burden during forced eviction despite medical disability (sciatica);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elder coercion under threats linked to a police officer relative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public defamation campaign portraying the complainant as a fraud and defaulter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c) <strong>Crimes Affecting Foreign Nationals (Potentially Article 8bis)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sabotage of pre-paid export orders to <strong>USA, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breach of buyer trust and obstruction of cross-border lawful trade;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deprivation of justice for foreign investors and economic victims by denying delivery of paid goods through intentional financial strangulation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
