and protection, a <strong>formal communication and request for investigation<\/strong> has been submitted to the <strong>International Criminal Court (ICC), The Hague<\/strong>, under <strong>Article 15 of the Rome Statute<\/strong>, concerning the following alleged crimes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Systematic financial persecution<\/strong> and targeting of a lawful MSME exporter in India;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Judicial manipulation and fraud upon courts<\/strong>, causing obstruction of remedies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Forged proceedings and coercion of an 82-year-old mother<\/strong> to fabricate property takeover;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trade sabotage impacting foreign nationals<\/strong>, particularly buyers in the United States and European Union;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abuse of power by a private financial network<\/strong>, including ICICI Bank officials, a Chartered Accountant syndicate, and complicit legal actors, resulting in prolonged denial of justice, reputational defamation, and threats to life and liberty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The communication requests the <strong>Office of the Prosecutor (OTP)<\/strong> at the ICC to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Initiate a preliminary examination<\/strong> of the case under Article 53 of the Rome Statute;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognize this situation as <strong>cross-border economic persecution<\/strong> and <strong>human rights abuse<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend <strong>protective directions<\/strong> or <strong>provisional reliefs<\/strong> under <strong>Article 41<\/strong> to prevent further retaliation, isolation, or obstruction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with other UN bodies, such as the <strong>Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR)<\/strong> and <strong>UN Special Rapporteurs on Judicial Independence and Human Rights Defenders<\/strong>, to initiate <strong>international attention and protection mechanisms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This formal ICC submission is accompanied by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documented evidence of forged judicial filings (DRT Case SA-339\/2021),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial sabotage affecting U.S. and EU-based buyers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audio\/visual recordings proving coercion and isolation of the elderly parent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affidavits, export records, and international buyer
