{"id":3151,"date":"2025-07-13T21:11:47","date_gmt":"2025-07-13T21:11:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noveltyofsilver.com\/services\/?p=3151"},"modified":"2025-07-13T21:12:57","modified_gmt":"2025-07-13T21:12:57","slug":"to-whom-it-may-concern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noveltyofsilver.com\/services\/to-whom-it-may-concern\/","title":{"rendered":"To Whom It May Concern"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is to bring to your urgent attention that <strong>ICICI Bank continues to unlawfully hold possession of goods belonging to our foreign buyers<\/strong>\u2014goods for which advance payments were already made from overseas, and which remain undelivered due to wrongful denial of working capital and export processing by the bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have credible information and deep concern that <strong>certain individuals operating locally\u2014while posing as neutral or helpful\u2014are, in fact, supporting and facilitating illegal actions in favor of ICICI Bank<\/strong>, including but not limited to unauthorized auction processes and manipulation of facts before authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let it be noted clearly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any further <strong>collusion between local police or authorities and the bank<\/strong> in suppressing our lawful rights will not go unchallenged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Our international buyers<\/strong> have been made aware of these illegal acts and <strong>are now preparing to raise complaints directly with their respective Embassies and High Commissions in India.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are prepared to escalate this matter to <strong>central agencies<\/strong> with full documentation of all transactions and communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are documenting how the <strong>local judicial mechanism has failed<\/strong>, ignoring binding judgments of the <strong>Supreme Court of India<\/strong>, and showing <strong>blatant favor to financial offenders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RBI guidelines, MSME protections, and export-related circulars have been openly violated<\/strong>\u2014a situation akin to <strong>judicial and administrative terrorism<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our legal counsel has strongly advised us to escalate this matter to the <strong>Union Finance Ministry<\/strong>, and request direct intervention to expose these systemic manipulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let this message serve as a final notice of caution:<br>Any further <strong>attempt to sabotage justice, silence our voice, or shield ICICI Bank&#8217;s wrongful actions<\/strong>\u2014through any agent, local official, or coercive method\u2014will result in <strong>direct international complaints, media exposure, and criminal filings<\/strong> in both Indian and foreign jurisdictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are committed to protecting the interests of our business, our international clients, and the integrity of justice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is to bring to your urgent attention that ICICI Bank continues to unlawfully hold possession of goods belonging to our foreign buyers\u2014goods for which advance payments were already made from overseas, and which remain undelivered due to wrongful denial of working capital and export processing by the bank.
